Every get lost in thought about how many chemicals and how much we are breathing, eating, and putting on our skin?  You and me both. My current research satisfies my curiosity for such questions by working with First Nations through the First Nations Food, Nutrition, and Environment Study (FNFNES) to quantitatively assess the exposure risks to environmental contaminants in local diets, including traditional foods. I have a bachelor of applied science in Occupational Health and Safety from Ryerson University which was where my deep thoughts on chemical exposures took root.
