Brian Mouen
I completed my undergraduate degree at Trent University majoring in biochemistry and molecular biology. I am currently a Masters student in Biology specializing in chemical and environmental toxicology at the University of Ottawa under the supervision of Dr. Jules Blais. My research focus is on the bioaccumulation and toxicokinetics of metals and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in aquatic organisms when exposed to contaminated sediment collected from the Athabasca oil sands.
