I started my University studies at the University of Ottawa, where I enrolled in an Honours B.Sc in cellular/molecular biology with a COOP option. I completed four work terms at the National Herbarium of Canada, the University of Ottawa Faculty of Medicine, The Host-Microbe Molecular Interactions laboratory and Environment and Climate Change Canada. After my graduation in December 2017, I started a Master in Biology with specialization in Science, Society and Policy at the University of Ottawa under the supervision of Dr. White at Health Canada. My project focuses on the analysis and interpretation of ToxTracker dose-response data, a stem cell-based reporter assay that provides mechanistic insights into the genotoxic properties of pharmaceutical compounds and chemicals.
