Sophia Herczegh
I completed my B.Sc. Honours in Environmental Science with a minor in Chemistry at Carleton University in 2019 and have since begun my Masters in Chemistry, specializing in Environmental Toxicology. Continuing my studies at Carleton University, I am working under the supervision of Dr. Robert Letcher of Environment and Climate Change Canada at the National Wildlife Research Centre. My work concerns the study of emerging contaminants and corresponding wildlife ecotoxicology, specifically the toxicokinetics of bisphenol-A bis(diphenyl phosphate) and in-vitro modeling of its species-specific biodegradation and metabolite formation.
