Yifeng Zhang
I completed my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Environmental Engineering from University of Science and Technology, China, and my PhD degree in Environmental Science from Nankai University, China. Very luckily, in my PhD, I had a chance to study in the Martin Group for one year with support from the China Scholarship Council. My doctoral work involved understanding human exposure and excretion of perfluoroalkyl acids in China. Now I am a post-doctoral fellow supervised by Dr. Martin at U of A. My major project involves polycyclic aromatic compound deposition around oil sands development in Alberta.
