Zofi McKenzie
I completed my Master of Science degree in Environmental and Biochemical Toxicology at Lancaster University in the United Kingdom in 2008. I then went on to complete my Master of Research in 2010 and my PhD in 2013 at the University of Southampton (UK). My doctoral work focused on investigating the interactions between nanoparticles and pulmonary surfactant proteins A (SP-A) and SP-D. I am currently a Visiting a fellow in Paul White’s laboratory at Health Canada where I am investigating the toxicological properties of complex aerosols.
